There are two ways to reach us: email and post. Both go to the same people.
This is the address for everything: corrections, editorial questions, privacy and GDPR requests, advertising enquiries and complaints. Messages are read by the responsible editor, Sandra Moore.

Why there is no contact form
A contact form would need to collect your name, your email address and your message, transmit them to a server and store them somewhere. That would break the promise made in our privacy policy that this site collects nothing at all. We would rather you used your own email client, where you can see exactly what you are sending and to whom, than have us operate a collection point. Plain email also means you keep a copy of your own message.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, tell us what and where. This is the message we most want to receive. Our corrections procedure sets out what happens next and how quickly.
- Privacy and GDPR requests. Access, erasure, objection and the rest — see the privacy policy. We reply within one month.
- Editorial and advertising questions, including how a particular page is funded.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher, not a software vendor and not a reseller. We cannot:
- provide technical support for Norton or any other product, reset a password, or fix an installation;
- see, change, refund or cancel a subscription you bought — we never see the transaction, and we are told only aggregate commission totals, never who bought what;
- recover a licence key or an account.
For any of those, contact the vendor you bought from directly, through their own website. Be careful to reach them by typing their address yourself rather than by following a link in an email — see the section on fake renewal emails.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge email within three working days. Privacy requests are answered within one month, as Article 12(3) of the GDPR requires. Corrections to factual errors are made as soon as we have verified the point.
