1. Who these terms are with

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

pravator.online publishes general consumer information about security software. It is a publication, not a shop and not a service provider. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no contract is concluded with us by reading it. If you buy something, you buy it from the advertiser, on their site and under their terms; they are the seller and the counterparty.

3. No professional advice

The content is general information written for a non-specialist audience. It is not professional security advice, legal advice or tax advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances, your threat model or your organisation. Decisions about protecting systems that matter to you should be taken with someone who can look at your actual situation.

4. Accuracy, and the primacy of the vendor’s own information

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them or when they are reported to us. But product feature sets, prices, device allowances, platform support and terms change frequently and differ between countries. Where anything on this site diverges from the information published by the product’s own publisher or by the retailer at the point of sale, theirs prevails and ours should be treated as out of date. Always confirm the detail on the vendor’s page before paying.

We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the content, save that nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Advertising and partner links

The site is funded by advertising and affiliate commission. Commercial links are labelled as partner links at the point of the link, carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", and are disclosed in a bar at the top of every page and in a box at the start of every article. Full detail is in the affiliate disclosure. Editorial independence is governed by the editorial policy.

6. Intellectual property

All text, page structure, stylesheets and diagrams on this site are original works produced for pravator.online and are owned by Bond-Art-Eko s.r.o. — you may quote short extracts for review, news reporting or comment with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts, or the diagrams, in full without written permission.

Third-party names, logos and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only. See the trademark notice at the end of this page.

7. Links to other sites

We link to sites we do not control, including advertisers and independent testing laboratories. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our agreement, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. If you believe you have found a security problem with this site, we would genuinely like to hear about it at info@pravator.online.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
